Tourist obsessed with taking selfie falls into a well

A tourist who is obsessed with taking selfie was rescued by passers-by after falling 30ft down a well as she tried to take a picture of herself at a tourist spot in India.

The Austrain woman was touring the Junagadh fort in the state of Gujarat.

Then suddenly she started screaming, when locals heard her screams they made a long rope from their shirts and lowered it down the well.

The woman grabbed hold of it and they pulled her to safety.

She suffered an injury to her left leg and she looked so exhausted.

When asked if she wanted anything, she apparently replied: "Water."
