Man assaulted at ATM point because he was taking too long to withdraw money

An Asian man in his early 30's was reported to have lost his temper and attacked the 34-year-old victim leaving him with a black eye.

An investigating officer called the man’s actions ‘irrational and violent’

‘This was a completely unprovoked attack…the victim was using the ATM for no longer than a couple of minutes but apparently that warranted being head-butted,’ said PC Leigh Harrison.

Anyone with information about the whereabout of the man is advised to contact the West Midlands Police.
