Fat woman forced to buy 2 plane seats is now a size 10

Amber Rose, 24, was forced to buy two plane seats every time she went on holiday.

But now the personal assistant from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, is now a size 10 after ditching her unhealthy lifestyle.

Amber was left mortified when she could no longer squeeze into a standard aeroplane seat, forcing her to pay double the standard fare.

Amber said: "I had to buy two plane seats every time I went on holiday, it was costing me a fortune.

"I was actually in denial about how big I was, then one day a friend uploaded a photo of me at a buffet table, I was horrified, I couldn't believe it was me in the picture. I knew I was big but this woman looked huge."

But the final straw came when a stranger presumed the size 28 binge eater was pregnant, which made Amber ditch the takeaways and fatty foods once and for all.

Now she has lost half her body weight and spent over 3 million Naira for a tummy tuck to remove her excess skin.

"Ever since then I haven't looked back, I switched to low calorie healthy meals and began to do light exercise."

Amber now eats healthy and has now surpassed her target weight.

Amber said: "I'm sharing my story to let other know that if I can do it anyone can.

"It's not an easy journey, when you've had an unhealthy diet for so long it becomes the norm and it's hard to get out of such bad habits.

I am happier and lighter now," She adds.
