How Do You Like Your Jollof Rice?

You are most likely to find jollof rice

I like my jollof rice extra spicy with fried plantain, peppered gizzard, moin-moin, beef, snails and sometimes ,chicken and If I can, stew on top of the rice. That is the only way to have jollof rice in my opinion. So imagine my horror when I saw this picture on Instagram this morning, i just burst out laughing.

For me, adding stew on top of the rice makes it more bewitching, its adding flavor to good tasting jollof rice (without onions of course). But hey! What do I know?
