Gabrielle Union, 46, Mary J. Blige, 48, and Tracee Ellis Ross, 46, hit the gym together yesterday, and each posted an identical badass gym photo to show for it.

The trio worked out at Heart & Hustle gym in Los Angeles at 8 a.m., and according to Gabrielles caption, they "walked out floating on the wings of sisterhood." (I'm sorry, but could they BE any more iconic?)

According to their Instagrams, neither Gabrielle nor Tracee were in the mood to sweat. Gabrielle wrote, "I walked in in a funk." While Tracees read, "I was soooo tired and not in the mood to work out this morning, so thank you @gabunion and @therealmaryjblige for the motivation and sister vibes, and @heartandhustlegym for the environment."

But the crew pushed through anyway, and according to Mary J, they had each others backs the whole time. She wrote: "Ladies lets keep lifting each other up!!" proving that gym goals are made better by squad goals.

They each referenced sisterhood and the power the gym has to bolster it. "Powerhouse badass women kicking ass. This morning at 8 a.m. I walked into the orbit of a bunch of strong sisterhood magic!" Tracee wrote.

Gabrielle echoed, with the caption: "STRONGER TOGETHER. You mess with one of us, you gotta problem with all of us. 8am reminder of our collective strength and badassery in this dancery called life." And followed up with, "Let us remember to extend that compassion, love and encouragement to all mankind. Love & Light good people."

Gabrielle told Womens Health last year that shes all about Pilates. "I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule," she said. "The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings. It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear."

She also regularly posts videos of her intense gym workouts with hubby Dwayne Wade by her side.
