Emem Isong, RMD And Tunde Kelani Honoured

These three prolific individuals have not only lifted the face of Nigerian films globally but have also inspired thousands of other young African actors and producers to find comfort and satisfaction in the Nigerian film industry.

Emem Isong became one of the first female film producers to use her creativity and uniqueness in mixing the English and Efik languages to produce films that leave lasting memories to the locals. Likewise, the great Tunde Kelani has built a legacy by making Yoruba language acceptable to thousands with his impeccable story lines of both the  young and old. Richard Mofe Damijo’s brilliance in interpreting scripts and deliverance of the English language simply charms us all.

These three great characters no doubt keep our shoulders high when we carry Nigerian films beyond our borders.
