After a busy week of poppin' giant ear blackheads , squeezin' steatocystomas , and fishin' out pilar cysts , sometimes you just have to go back to basics-at least that's the case for Dr. Pimple Popper.

The proof? Her latest Instagram video featuring a series of cysts that each deserve their own blue...ribbon.

Yep, you heard that right: Dr. Pimple Popper's going after "ribbon" cysts in her new Instagram post. "Cysts are so #cute when they POP out in Ribbons!" she wrote. Clearly, Dr. Pimple Popper and I have different definitions of cute, but I digress.

As the masterpiece begins, dermatologist Sandra Lee, M.D. has her trusty comodone extractor in hand-a metal tool with rounded edges that helps ease the pimple out without damaging skin-and wastes no time before pressing against her patient's skin and pushing out the first nugget of gunk.

While Dr. Pimple Popper gets a little gunk out of the cyst, she's clearly not satisfied and goes in for round two...and three...and so on until out comes a white ribbon of pus.

After that, Dr. Pimple Popper quickly moves onto her next challenge on the same patient: A bigger bump that she first needs to nick open with her scalpel. Just as the doc begins to push down with her comedone extractor, out squirts a little gunk that, as Dr. Pimple Popper presses harder, keeps streaming out like another (this time, longer) beautiful ribbon.

"[It's] a little more, like, softer, greasier, kind of like a little ribbon. That one came out nice!" Dr. Pimple Popper says. Very nice indeed, doc.
