Dr. Pimple Popper Just Popped A 'Stuffed Olive' Cyst On A Man's Arm With Her Punch Biopsy Tool

Just in time for cocktail hour, Dr. Pimple Popper had a brand new pop ready to go. (Fair warning, if your favorite drink is a martini garnished with stuffed olives you may want to look away.) This one also comes with a sensitive content warning, so steel yourselves. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD , aka Dr. Pimple Popper, posted a new video to Instagram that shows the whole pop from start to finish, including the cyst sac removal. (The doctor has been reading the comments from frustrated popaholics it seems.)

Dr. Pimple Popper starts out with a tool she doesn't pop out every day, a punch biopsy tool . She plunges the puncher straight into the cyst on his arm. When she pulls it back out, a column of white gunk comes with it. (FYI: The white gunk in the cyst is actually keratin, which is a major component of skin and hair).

Dr. Pimple Popper drops the tool and switches to fingers. As soon as she starts squeezing, more gunk comes shooting out in a snake-like ribbon. "Oh, you're gonna like this one," she tells her patient as she squeezes. "It's making you laugh."

Once it's all emptied out, she grabs the remnants of the cyst wall with her tweezers. "Oh, it's a very pretty sac actually." Her patient laughed through the appointment and can't help but sneak a peek. When he does, he exclaims "Oh gross."
