A group of secondary students from the Federal Government Girls College, Abaji, have escaped what might have been a fatal accident when their vehicle ran into a parked truck.

The incident occurred on Thursday, December 15, 2016, along the Lokoja-Abuja expressway, Daily Post reports.

Numbering precisely six in number, the female bunch of students were reportedly heading home to their residences for the holiday when the incident occurred.

Their driver, who was riding in a Honda jeep ran into the truck while trying to overtake another vehicle.

The students were in an apparent shock and sustained thankfully, only minor injuries due to the accident.
