Tears flowed freely as parents were reunited with their daughters at the DSS health facility in Abuja, after almost two years in Boko Haram captivity.

Even with their harrowing tales and even worse experiences, parents and daughters were beyond relieved to be in the midst of loved ones.

It can be recalled that the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that, of the 200 girls who were kidnapped from Chibok, Borno state, in 2014 by Boko Haram, 21 were released by the group on Thursday, October 13.
