Star singer donates in fight against AIDS in Ivory Coast

Award winning soul singer/songwriter Asa is now in the country of Ivory Coast. The songbird is there for a good cause.

Asa will be donating funds from her concert in the country’s capital Abidjan to fight AIDS. She will be donating proceeds to the National Fund for the Fight against AIDS.

Asa met the Mister of Health and also visited hospitals. Asa got the star treatment as hospital officials buzzed around her to take pictures.

Asa who recently turned 33 was featured on Korede Bello’s recent single ‘Somebody Great’ released on September 30.

She was nominated four times in this year’s Headies awards.
