According to the BBC News, Yelchin left behind a $1.4m worth estate, which is home in Los Angeles, United States.

His parents, Victor and Irina Yelchin, have now filed to become the administrators of the properties which the young actor owned before his demise.

BBC reported that the deceased "left behind at least $641,000 (£486,000) in personal property and had $731,000 (£554,000) in equity in his home".

Fiat Chrysler is likely to be slammed with a law suit, as the parents of the actor plan to sue the automobile company for wrongful death.

This is according to TMZ who also reported that the old couple plan to make the announcement on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
