In a recent radio interview, a fan asked the actor what he thought of the latest proposed James Bond. Brosnan played the British agent in four films, so he knows the hero inside and out. As it turns out, he's quite positive.
In a recent interview, Pierce Brosnan said what he thought about the actor who, according to rumours, is to become the new Bond. He said this about Aaron Taylor-Johnson, "I think this man has the strength, talent and charisma to play Bond, very much so."
These are not opinions taken out of thin air, because the gentlemen had already met on the set of the 2009 production, The Best. "One of the first films we made, one of the earliest, was 'The Best'. And he was great in it."
The 70-year-old actor is positive about his potential successor and said he will "bow down to this guy." He was also asked what advice he would give to Taylor-Johnson and wished him courage and fun.
The main interested party, Taylor-Johnson, did not confirm or deny his participation in the latest James Bond productions and skillfully avoids answering questions related to it.
Brosnan said he would also like to see Oscar winner, Cillian Murphy, in the role, but Murphy himself said he was a bit too old for the role.
