Did actress really get cosmetic surgery done on her body?

It certainly looks like Tonto Dikeh has gone under the knife to get some sort of cosmetic surgery.

In a trailer released by Linda Ikeji T.V, the beautiful and controversial actress revealed that she's "going to be having a cosmetic surgery."

"My body is something I have been extremely ashamed of" she further said in the clip as we see her in nude in an operating room. There are scenes of Tonto Dikeh going under the knife also.

Could this be a stunt by Tonto Dikeh to get people to watch her reality show which comes out in 2018? An insider source who works with the actress claims the cosmetic surgery bit in the trailer was for a movie.

Pulse reached to the hospital where she reportedly had the cosmetic surgery, Grandville Med Laser. The Medical Director of the cosmetic surgery hospital Dr. Ayo Aranmolate refused to confirm if Tonto Dikeh was a patient.

However, two anonymous sources who were a part of the production of the reality show confirmed that Tonto Dikeh did have cosmetic surgery.

With Tonto Dikeh appearing nude and going under the knife, Tonto Dikeh's reality show is most likely to be a hit in 2018.
