Nigerians urge army to place price tag on 100 wanted terrorists

Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen Tukur Buratai has urged the general public to provide the military or other security agencies with information on the hideouts and residences of the suspects.

 

The Nigerian Army has declared 100 top members of Boko Haram, including leader, Abubakar Shekau, wanted.

The names and photos of the wanted terrorists were revealed by Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen Tukur Buratai on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at the launch of the Anti-Boko Haram Terrorists Campaign Materials at the Maimalari Cantonment Youth Centre in Maiduguri, Borno State.

Buratai further urged the general public to provide the military or other security agencies with information on the hideouts and residences of the suspects.

Nigerians via social media have however asked the Army to place a price tag on the terrorists’ to encourage informants to come forward.
