Singer joins forces with Kenyan stars

Yemi Alade was recently in Kenya to work with Sauti Sol and Jua Cali. The singer was teamed up with the East African acts for the upcoming Coke Studio Africa TV show.

The collaboration between Alade and Sauti Sol is being produced by the talented Cobhams Asuquo. According to reports, after their set on the TV show, the two parties went to the studio to record one more tune.

While the ‘’ singer was in Nairobi, she also worked with rapper Jua Cali, on a song produced by Masterkraft. The show’s mash-up formula will see Yemi’s ‘’ and Jua Cali’s ‘’ put together in a singular arrangement. These collaborations make it the singer’s second time on the Coke Studio and Cali’s first.

Fans will be able to watch their performances in October, 2015 when the new season premieres.
