On loan Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku may have caught the injury stigma currently on in Brazil.
The 21 year-old Everton loanee was in action for the Belgian side in an international friendly against North African side Tunisia on Saturday night in Brussels but was later seen limping after the game.
"Romelu has difficulty walking. It's a big bruise. It'll be three or four days," Belgium coach Marc Wilmots confirmed.
The game which was played under rainfall was later interrupted for about 40 minutes due to glacial hailstones restarted shortly before Tunisia's Issam Jemaa was sent off for two bookable offences.
Belgium dominated the game in the late minutes before Dries Mertens shot the Belgians in front lead from a Nacer Chadli's beautifully worked ball.
Lukaku is billed to undergo tests in the attempt to get him fit for the opening match against Algeria in Group H on June the 17 before taking playing Russia on June 22, then Korea in the last group game.
