Dzeko and teammates Send Scares To Nigeria and Argentina with 1-0 Mexico Victory

Nigeria and Argentina have been tipped to qualify from Group F of the 2014 FIFA World Cup ahead of Iran and Bosnia by analysts, coaches and players but this prediction may not be that easy to fulfill if the results of the international friendly games that have been on around the world for weeks is used as a rating tool for advancement into the second round.

Group F finalists, Bosnia are proving the predictions for the Group F teams second round qualification wrong, especially Bosnia.

The former USSR has played two friendly games against strong football nations; Ivory Coast and Mexico and they have won both of them. Nigeria played its first pre-world cup friendly against Scotland last Wednesday and they only struggled to level the game at 2-2 in the dying minutes of the game.

The Bosnians further raised eyebrows in Group F with a 1-0 win over Mexico on Tuesday, putting forth more questions as to the predictions on the Group favorites Nigeria and Argentina.

Galatasaray midfielder Izet Hajrovic scored the lone goal of the match in the 41st minute after a strong first half from Bosnia. Mexico were punchless in attack as a frustrated Javier ''Chicharito" Hernandez could not make the ball into the net.

The el tricolors coach Miguel Herrera hopes to get his starting line-up in the best shape before the opener against Cameroun and then the hosts Brazil, the central American nation will be without midfielder Luis Montes  who broke his right leg in the friendly against Ecuador.

The Group F of Brazil 2014 which comprises Argentina, Nigeria, Iran and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
