The Blaugrana board also sanctioned a contract renewal with Canon Medical. The agreement guarantees the supply of cutting-edge medical technology, including advanced MRI systems for the Ciutat Esportiva training complex, in exchange for brand visibility across Barcelona's official commercial assets.

The board meeting, which was initially scheduled to take place at the Archbishopric of Tarragona, had to be moved following a severe train accident in Urda. During the assembly, club executives expressed their satisfaction with the robust financial figures recorded since the start of the season.

"A positive trend in financial results up to the end of September was confirmed. This is driven by strong revenue across the entire commercial sector—ticket sales, merchandising, museum tours, and sponsorship agreements—as well as the release of an accounting provision following a favourable ruling in a tax dispute," the club announced.

On the infrastructure front, the board approved a €5 million budget and set in motion the complete overhaul of La Masia de Can Planes, scheduled to begin this season. The historic farmhouse, which housed the club's academy talents for decades, is set to be converted into Barcelona's official institutional headquarters.
