Over the last four rounds in Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, and Mexico, the Prancing Horse managed to cut their deficit by 34 points. Nevertheless, Mercedes still hold a commanding 126-point lead heading into the São Paulo Grand Prix.

This means the Silver Arrows have a very real opportunity to seal their ninth constructors' title at Interlagos. To do so, they will need to outscore Ferrari by at least three points to establish an unassailable lead ahead of the final three rounds in Las Vegas, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi.
