2012 London Olympics bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo did not have it easy but he overcane opposition from fellow British fighter Wayne Reed in 5 rounds.

The Nigerian born British Olympic medallist produced a spectacular ride in the fifth round to record his 7 professional career wins on the night another Nigerian boxer who also won Gold for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympic games Anthony Joshua boxed off opponent Mark Skelton in two rounds.

''I took my time, I wanted to get a few rounds in and am glad to get the stoppage in the end.

"I want to be moved along now, I think I'm ready to step up a little bit," Ogogo said.

Anthony Ogogo and Anthony Joshua two Nigerians on the night at the Liverpool Echo Arena defeated their opponents for a record 7 straight wins from seven professional fights.
