"We didn't know what we were doing!" Vildoza breaks down Partizan's defeat to ASVEL: I don't know if it's just a matter of time...

"I think we simply stopped playing. We didn't know what to do; we were far too static. They made their shots, fed off their home crowd, and ultimately deserved the win. We played well in stretches, but the problem was that we couldn't sustain that rhythm for all 40 minutes. In the end, they took the win, but if we can fix those issues, I believe we can be a really good team. Naturally, it's all on us. I don't know if it's just a matter of time or if we'll ever reach that point, but if we continue working like this, I believe we will. If we stick together as a unit, trust one another, and maintain good ball movement, we'll be much better at closing out games. We failed to execute in the final four or five minutes today, and as I said, they deserved the win," said Luca Vildoza.

"An extremely demanding game awaits us. It's always tough to play there; we know what their fans are like and the quality of the squad they've built this season. They beat Virtus on the road by nearly 20 points, which speaks for itself. We have to refocus, keep our heads high, leave this behind us, and get to work together tomorrow. We must stay united. We are accustomed to hostile atmospheres. We have 12, 15, 20 players on the roster and we must stick together, regardless of what happens off the court. Once we hit that level of confidence and quality basketball, we'll be a formidable team. We didn't prove that today, and they fully deserved the win," Vildoza concluded.
