After co-hosting Africa Magic Viewers Choice for three consecutive years, Zimbabwean actress, model and TV host, Vimbai Mutinhiri, has announced her exit as host.

Zimbabwean actress, model and television personality, Vimbai Mutinhiri, won't be returning as host of the prestigious awards show, Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.

She revealed this live on air with Ghana's Kofi Okyere Darko(KOD) on his radio show.

According to the media personality, she has decided to start her new year with new dreams and a new journey.

Mutinhiri also stated that she feels she has sufficiently proven herself to the continent, and that it is noble to allow someone else to benefit from the opportunity.Mutinhiriis currently in Ghana kicking off an African media tour, and shooting season 1 of her brand new travel show.

AMVCA kicked off in 2013 with IK Osakioduwa and Vimbai as hosts.

The 2014 edition took place on Saturday, March 8 2014, and was co-hosted by IK Osakioduwa, Osas Ighodaro and Vimbai Mutinhiri.

In 2015, the show took place on March 7, with Vimbai and Osakioduwa as hosts.
