"Sepang is an exciting track to drive, and it's great to have it back on the calendar," Verstappen commented. "The last time we were here was in 2017, when I claimed my second Formula 1 victory, so I have great memories from this track. Now, it will be interesting to see how the new generation of cars performs here."
"The circuit is challenging, featuring a mix of fast straights and tight hairpins. The weather seems unpredictable, so it will be interesting to see what happens over the weekend, but I think the most accurate description would be unpredictable—just like the weather here."
