Uzbek Star Named Man City's Player of the Month for March

Defender Abdukodir Khusanov has been named Manchester City's Player of the Month for March. The 22-year-old Uzbek international edged out Rodri and Jérémy Doku in the fan vote.

This marks Khusanov's second individual accolade of the season, having also claimed the top spot for the Citizens in January.

Last month, the versatile defender featured in six matches across all competitions, starting five of them.

Khusanov joined Manchester City in 2025, arriving from Lens in a €40 million transfer. Just over a week ago, he secured his first piece of silverware with the club, lifting the Carabao Cup.
