Galatasaray Istanbul, Juventus Turin, and AC Milan are reportedly eyeing the 31-year-old Portuguese midfielder. According to the BBC, the Turkish club was preparing an offer that could ultimately reach 50 million euros. However, United management has made it clear that Fernandes is not for sale at any price. The club also confirmed they have not yet received any official bids.

Fernandes has one season remaining on his contract at Old Trafford, with an option for a further year, and the BBC reports he prefers to stay in Manchester. His £57 million release clause has since expired, and a contract extension agreement has not yet been reached.

The Portuguese international recorded a record 21 assists in the past Premier League season and is among the favorites for the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) Player of the Year award for the 2025/2026 campaign.
