"Alexander Isak has returned to Liverpool from international duty due to a minor injury. He will not participate in Sweden's remaining three matches during the current international break, and his condition will be assessed by the club's medical staff at the AXA training center," FC Liverpool stated in an official announcement, as quoted by AFP.

Isak's first season at FC Liverpool has been hampered by injuries, and club management hopes he will be fit for the next Premier League match against Manchester City on October 11.
