Turkish Federation President's Message for the Istanbul Playoff

TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu and Orka Holding Chairman Süleyman Orakçıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the Turkish National Team's store today. Hacıosmanoğlu made statements ahead of the World Cup 2026 playoff against Romania.

After cutting the ribbon, Hacıosmanoğlu stated, "With Allah's will, we will go to the World Cup! Our sponsors also have separate responsibilities, and I believe they will fulfill them. We've opened a store here, but we will continue to expand it.

It was more difficult for fans to acquire national team jerseys and other merchandise, but I hope this brings good fortune and helps us qualify."

Süleyman Orakçıoğlu's subsequent speech echoed the same optimistic tone: "We have a global presence in 80 countries. At the same time, I believe we will represent the national team and the country in the best possible way worldwide. There's also a tradition of success here.

When we outfitted our team for the EURO, the collection was considered one of the best. We are creating a collection that boosts the energy and enthusiasm of this successful young generation and instills self-confidence.

Teams and managers from all over the world come to Istanbul, and we have the opportunity to offer them at least one product that represents us, as a gift through this store. Our preferred colors in this collection are red and white.

We believe that by utilizing them optimally in our collection, the national team will achieve great success in the coming days, and we are confident in our ability to contribute to World Cup qualification."

Following their speeches to media representatives, Hacıosmanoğlu and Orakçıoğlu toured the store they had just inaugurated by cutting the ribbon.
