Real American Freestyle 14 (RAF 14), hosted at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, delivered resounding victories for two of the UFC's top stars. Arman Tsarukyan and Khamzat Chimaev asserted total dominance on the mat, wrapping up their respective bouts via first-period technical falls.

In the evening's headline bout, Arman Tsarukyan squared off against Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialist Dillon Danis for the inaugural Middleweight Crossover Championship title. Tsarukyan seized control early on, scoring a quick takedown and step-out to race to a 3-0 lead. Following another takedown, he went to work on the mat, stringing together turns to seal a 10-0 technical fall in the opening period.

In the co-main event, Khamzat Chimaev took on former UFC champion Robbie Lawler. Chimaev wasted no time taking the upper hand with a lightning-fast takedown. Following the restart, he grounded Lawler once more and executed a flurry of turns to build an 8-0 cushion. Chimaev capped off the dominant display with another two-point move to close out the bout with a technical fall 20 seconds before the end of the first period, notching his third RAF victory.

The Las Vegas card delivered plenty of action elsewhere. In a women's strawweight title clash, Lucia Yepez edged Sarah Hildebrandt 8-7 on points.
