Tottenham midfielder Conor Gallagher and his fiancée, model Aine May Kennedy, have announced they are expecting their first child via an Instagram post.
Aine May shared a series of six photographs of the couple in a field, accompanied by three ultrasound images. The couple's dog also featured in the announcement photos. The caption revealed the baby's due date: "Our greatest adventure is about to begin. Baby Gallagher, January 2027."
Congratulatory messages quickly poured in. Mikey Moore, a Tottenham forward, wrote: "Congratulations," accompanied by two blue hearts. Several football figures also extended their well wishes, including Britney De Villiers, fiancée of Morgan Gibbs-White, Megan Pickford, wife of Jordan Pickford, and Kate Kane, wife of Harry Kane, all of whom simply wrote: "Congratulations!"
Conor Gallagher, 26, and Aine May began dating in 2020 and got engaged in June during a holiday in Mallorca.
Gallagher represented Chelsea until the summer of 2024, when he moved to Atlético Madrid. However, last January, he returned to London to join Tottenham, who paid 40 million euros for his transfer. The 26-year-old midfielder, capped 22 times for England, featured in Euro 2024 but was not selected by Thomas Tuchel for the 2026 World Cup.
Currently, the midfielder is preparing for his first full season at Tottenham, having made the switch in January.
