Tottenham Offers De Zerbi Long-Term Deal, Awaits Response Within Hours

Tottenham has reportedly offered Roberto De Zerbi a five-year contract, according to Gianluca Di Marzio. The former Marseille and Brighton manager is expected to carefully review the proposal and provide his answer within the next few hours. It's understood that the Italian is increasingly inclined to take over the "Spurs" immediately, aligning with the club's wishes, despite his initial intention to wait until the summer.

Di Marzio also reports that Tottenham's management has committed to providing De Zerbi with sufficient funds to build a competitive squad in the coming seasons.

The Italian, who departed Marseille in February, could become Tottenham's third manager this season and the fourth in less than 300 days. Igor Tudor, who was sacked yesterday, lasted only 44 days in the role.
