Toto Wolff's son involved in frightening karting crash in Italy

Toto Wolff's nine-year-old son miraculously escaped serious injury following a frightening karting accident in Italy.

Video footage shared on social media shows Jack Wolff making contact with a rival whilst battling for the lead on the final lap at the Viterbo circuit. The clash sent the Mercedes Formula 1 team principal's son into a spin before another competitor drove directly over him.

Fortunately, Jack was able to climb out of his kart unaided and, following a brief check-up at the medical centre, insisted he wanted to be back on track the very next day.
