Total Meltdown in London: Chelsea Rewrites Negative History, Coach Delivers Harsh Message to Players

Chelsea's Champions League qualification hopes are dwindling, with manager Rosenior labeling his team's performance as "inexcusable." According to reports, club management is now discussing what has gone wrong at Chelsea in recent weeks and how to rectify it.

"The responsibility lies with me. I have thick skin and I understand why the fans are frustrated. I'm also frustrated with the performances we're putting in. I need to continue working hard with the coaching staff and the players. At the same time, I really need to look at how we approach games, the team composition, and who I can trust and rely on in tough moments," Rosenior was quoted as saying by DPA.

Without the injured attacking trio of Cole Palmer, Estevao, and Joao Pedro, the visitors failed to register a single shot on target. Rosenior, who replaced Enzo Maresca in January, warned his squad that they don't belong at Stamford Bridge if they can't handle the pressure and criticism. The "Blues" are set to face Leeds on Sunday in the FA Cup semi-final.

"If you can't handle it, then you shouldn't be here. It's that simple. It's something we need to address this week, but also in the long term. We need to make the right decisions for the team ahead of a hugely important game on Sunday, and we'll do our utmost to turn this around," added the 41-year-old coach.
