Singers' portraits get sold under an hour at Michael Tubi's photo exhibition

Nigerian, London-based documentary photographer, Michael Tubi on Tuesday 25th August held a private viewing of his works in an exhibition titled Sounds of Africa.

The event which held in London was attended by friends, family and art patrons who under one hour purchased several of the photos on display including those of Femi Kuti, Tiwa Savag, KWAM1 and Onyeka Onwenu.
Other portraits which were on display include Hugh Masekela, Salawa Abeni, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, Don Jazzy and Shatta Wale.
The exhibition is billed to continue for the rest of the week at Menier Gallery 51 Southwark Street London.
