Olympiacos successfully defeated the Turkish side in front of an incredible home crowd at the OAKA Arena, securing their spot in the final after a spectacular performance.

From the very start, Giorgos Bartzokas' team dictated the pace, displaying superior defense and aggression. Interestingly, after scoring the first point, they maintained their lead throughout the entire game.

Following the game, Lithuanian coach Šarūnas Jasikevičius addressed the media.

"Congratulations to Giorgos and Olympiacos; they were clearly the much better team today. This was our worst game of the season. It's incredibly painful to watch us struggle like this; the numbers at the start of each quarter were brutal. We know how crucial it is to 'strike first,' but we got knocked out. Every time we tried to make a comeback, we immediately gave the momentum back. Whenever we showed signs of life, they snuffed it out. Not a good night for us, especially on the biggest stage." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius

He added that his team looked very poor, but stressed that this shouldn't diminish Olympiacos' credit for a strong performance.

"Every time you come into a game like this and start launching threes, it's not good. This isn't our game. Olympiacos played like Olympiacos; we couldn't disrupt their rhythm. Even though our defense was good for most of the game, our offense was criminal. They played well, but we were simply bad." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius

He once again highlighted his team's poor defensive play.

"I'm not sure. We weren't ourselves; we started launching threes. Okay, if they were good shots, but they weren't. Unfortunately, you can't play against Olympiacos like that. We shot 8-for-36 from beyond the arc." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius

The Lithuanian coach stated that Fener played below their usual standard.

"I don't really think so. We'll look at the statistics and see where we went wrong. They played their brand of basketball, but we were below our level. We need to understand the reasons why." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius

Nando De Colo, who played his final EuroLeague game, was also a topic of discussion.

"I have nothing more to say. One of the best in history; we could talk about him for hours. Look at his last game, the only player with a positive plus-minus." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius

Finally, he commented on the fact that numerous Fener fans were left without tickets and unable to enter the arena.

"Regarding the fans, I can only read about it on social media. They can't win the game. I read that many people bought tickets but couldn't get into the arena. If that's true, it's very bad for the EuroLeague and its organization; I feel sorry for those people. I was at a restaurant last night around 11 PM, and people started approaching me, asking when they would get their tickets. A truly sad situation." - Šarūnas Jasikevičius
