This has been the perfect statement from Oscar winning actress, Octavia Spencer for the last one year. But now that is about to change. The Help star actress is filing a law suit against the same Sensa Weight Loss Company for bridge of contract!
According to her, the company is refusing to pay her up to $700,000 from her $1.25 million contract on the basis that her face in their campaigns ‘failed’ to sell the idea. Octavia claims she has the right to be paid because she fulfilled her own side of the bargain by preaching about the objective of the company and what it does to her.After all Sensa seriously pursued the actress immediately after her speedy rise to the top!
Both parties had agreed not to go for the ‘before and after’ pictures of the actress but she would stay on the other clauses of their contract, which she did!
Will the company try to settle out of court or will still claim Octavia Spencia doesn't deserve the money?
