The accused who resides at Hagawa Village, Bichi Local Government Area in Kano State, was arraigned before the court on a one-count charge of an unnatural offence.

The court heard that the accused lured his younger brother into his house and forcefully had carnal knowledge of him through his anus.

The Prosecutor, Insp. Aluta Mijinyawa said that the offense contravened Section 284 of the Penal Code.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty.

Chief Magistrate Fatima Adamu ordered that Aliyu must be remanded in jail until the new adjournment date, May 18 2017.
