Soccer-Burnley relegated from Premier League

May 9 (Reuters) - Burnley were relegated from the Premier League despite beating Hull City 1-0 away on Saturday.

Burnley's return to the Championship was confirmed by Newcastle United's 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion which left Burnley seven points from the safety zone with two games left. (Reporting by Ed Osmond; Editing by Ken Ferris)
