According to a police report in Ohio yesterday, a four year old girl drowned in a pool during a pool party while her parents and guests sang "happy birthday" song to a one year old child in the house.
The Columbus police revealed that the family of Sinaia Moore discovered her corpse at the bottom of the backyard pool on Saturday evening.
Her parents reportedly tried to revive her until the paramedics arrived and took her to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Sinaia's parents told police they thought she had gone inside the house or was playing on a trampoline.
Funny thing is, she was said to have been wearing a float vest while in the pool, but it had been taken off before she drowned.
Who is to be blamed here? Should her parents be locked up for negligence or murder?
