Singer shows rich Yoruba tradition in celebratory 'Ijo Ayo' video

Skales has released the video to a single, ‘Ijo Ayo’, off his ‘Man Of The Year’ album.

The song ‘Ijo Ayo’ was inspired by D’banj’s 2008 smash hit single, ‘Olorun Maje’, with the singer sampling a chorus from it.

The video was shot by Stanz Visuals and features cameos by artists and OAPs such as Dotun Kayode, Skuki, Adams, Zeez, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello and more.

Skales is currently on the Man of the Year album tour which kicked off after the album launch concert in Lagos. He’s expected to visit cities around Nigeria, Africa, Europe, US and the UK.
