Greek club PAOK have reportedly tabled a staggering €3,000,000-per-season offer for Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet point guard Chris Jones, according to Greek media, but the final say rests entirely with the Belgrade club's management.

The American playmaker has been putting in stellar performances for the red-and-whites this season, drawing plenty of attention across the region. Greek outlet SDNA reported on the Thessaloniki outfit's interest and their lucrative multi-million-euro offer, but Crvena Zvezda have no intention of letting one of their key focal points go.

Jones joined the Belgrade club last summer following a spell with Hapoel Tel Aviv, where he shared court time with Vasilije Micić. Even if the American reaches personal terms with the Greek side, PAOK's hierarchy would first need to negotiate and persuade Crvena Zvezda to sanction his departure before his contract runs out.

Meanwhile, Andrea Trinchieri has already assembled a formidable roster boasting established perimeter talent such as Nick Calathes, Trevor Hudgins, Nasos Bazinas, and Georgios Filios, alongside guards Marcus Foster, Breein Tyree, and Naz Mitrou-Long.
