Crvena zvezda Meridianbet faces Igokea in the sixth round of the ABA League Top 8 phase. Head coach Saša Obradović shared his expectations ahead of the match.

Following the EuroLeague clash against Partizan, which saw his team fall 89-82, Obradović immediately shifted focus to the upcoming game against Igokea. The Serbian tactician emphasized that his squad must approach this match with maximum commitment.

"This is a tough game for us after the derby, which took a significant physical and mental toll. However, Igokea deserves our utmost respect. We've already faced them at the start of the Top 8 phase, and we know they possess both quality and experience. Under these circumstances, we'll need to approach this game with maximum effort. I call upon our many fans in Republika Srpska to come and support us." - Saša Obradović

Stefan Miljenović, who was named MVP for February and March in the ABA League, also spoke ahead of the encounter.

"There isn't much time before the game. We'll try to refresh ourselves and play as well as possible, as the quality of the Igokea team demands it. A victory in this match, beyond just the points, would put us in a good mood heading into next week, where two important EuroLeague games await us." - Stefan Miljenović
