S.Africa's government cuts Johannesburg road tolls by 50 pct

CAPE TOWN, May 20 (Reuters) - South Africa's government said on Wednesday it would cut road toll charges on urban highways in the economic hub of Johannesburg by 50 percent following more than a year of public pressure and protests.
