The female cleaner who has turned into a viral sensation [photos]

Who is Rita Mattos? She is the 24 year old viral sensation from Brazil.

Many people were shocked to see such a beautiful babe work as a cleaner. Some say she is too hot for the job.

Mattos has been working at Rio de Janeiro's Municipal Urban Cleaning Company for eight years.

After raking up enough interest online, New York Daily News reached out to her. This is what she had to say about her new found fame.

"People get scared when they see a pretty girl working as a street sweeper. They say I could get a better job than stay sweeping and weeding. Why do street cleaners [necessarily need to] be ugly? There is a prejudice. But despite that the work is quite intense, I have so much fun."

Now, the viral hottie has gained over 20,000 followers on Instagram within a short period.

In 2011 Rita Mattos won a beauty pegeant. She is applying to college and when she graduates she plans to work in business administration.
