September 3 Marcos Maidana Rematch: A Revenge

America’s richest boxer, Floyd ‘Moneyman’ Mayweather has said that his rematch against Marcos Maidana is more of a revenge for him than it is a worthy bout for the Argentine.

Mayweather was criticised by his supporters and boxing fans for not doing enough in the May 3 clash which allowed Maidana gain the better of him and winning several rounds.

Mayweather would rather be fighting the Argentine to repair the blight caused on his fighting career, to add to his current 26KOs from 46 all wins fights.

Mayweather did however, express doubt over big fights, especially the September 3 rematch when he said:
