Frying eggs back here in Africa is suppose to be easy right? I mean it's just the easiest meal to make when that hunger has gotten to 99%. So here's how to get it done in a healthy way.

Ingredients includes (for 2 eggs) could serve about 1 or two persons

2 Fresh eggsVegetable/groundnut oil (5cl)2 to 3 fresh tomatoes (chop)1 bulb of onions (chop)Fresh pepper (to taste)Salt to tasteA pinch of maggi

Method:

  • Wash and slice your vegetable: tomatoes, onion, pepper (if fresh)
  • Break your eggs into the bowl of sliced vegetables and whisk
  • Add a pinch of salt . Add sizable maggi (Please taste as you do)
  • All a bit of curry (optional)
  • Pour right amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and place on fire
  • Allow to heat for a 2 seconds.
  • Add the egg mixture into the heated oil.

(Note that you can fry the sliced vegetables in the oil before adding the whisked eggs)

I love my eggs dry and squashed into bits. You can eat with friend plantain, potatoes, bread or noddles

Voila! Done Deal!
