Race Winner: A Great Start to the Weekend

"A fantastic start to the weekend," the Briton explained. "However, if there had been one more lap with that rain, the end of the race would have been completely different. I'm glad it rained at that moment. The Ferrari cars are very fast, and qualifying this afternoon will be highly contested."

"I knew there might not be many overtakes today, and if there were, they would come at the end of the race, so I had to manage my tires, especially through the fast corners."

"I knew that if Charles overtook Lando, he would be very quick on the soft tires, and the moment I saw him behind me, I picked up the pace again."
