Quarter Eight a comedy drama that centers on 6 incongruous characters. Importantly, Chief Nwabueze, an Igbo man (a widower. loves money more than his Soul) whose only daughter, Amara got pregnant without a trace of who owns it. She's secretly betrothed by her father to an unseen Alhaji who has paid multiple bride-price.

Amara was assaulted by 2 residents of Quarter Eight and it led to ripples of occurrence, a quack Lawyer (who works as a thrift collector because the Law profession has not elevated his financial status. Unknown to many, he’s been debarred ) and a God-forsaken Police officer (whose mouth runs like water and wages War on whoever refers to him as a Sergeant instead of ASP, his new post). Other Characters include Mama Aladuke, a food seller who thinks you can become a billionaire through morning devotion only. A very sarcastic, meddlesome and nosy woman. We hear and talk about her daughter, the Character Aduke throughout the play as she has a strong influence on the conflict but she is unseen.

It’s a Humorous play and is good for family relaxation. Heavy Laughter is Highly Guaranteed!!!DATES: Sunday,16th, 23rd, 30th August,2015.
