Piastri: Happy with Third Place, No Chance for Pole

"It went well. We managed to find more pace in qualifying," the Australian explained. "This isn't the first time it's happened this year. Often, it seems like we're behind in practice, and then in qualifying, we manage to extract more speed from the car."

"It was a surprise for me to see Lando and myself running first and second after the initial flying laps in Q3, but unfortunately, we didn't stand a chance against George."

"I'm pleased with how the weekend has unfolded so far; I'm very happy to be back in the top three."
