‘Nyanya bomber', Sadiq Ogwuche goes free

Sadiq Aminu Ogwuche, the suspected mastermind of the April 14, 2014 bombing in Nyanya has been freed by an Abuja court.

Ogwuche, who allegedly told SSS officials that he had no remorse over his actions, was cleared of terrorism charges by a Federal High Court due to lack of diligent prosecution.

The suspect was extradited from Sudan by the Interpol after he was accused of being behind the bombing which claimed hundreds of lives.
